An exciting week of history, ancient traditions and modernity. Ancient and modernity is the focus on this tour, where you and your group will dive into the layers of Israel's rich historical, dated back to bible period and going towards nowadays. how these layers influence modern israel upto these days?
DAY01:
Arrive to Tel Aviv airport in the morning. Meet our representative and guide.
We start our visit in Caesarea, the ancient capital of Roman Judea with its magnificent Roman Theater, Hippodrome and the remain of shopping streets and palace. Continue to the aqueduct which supplied the Roman city with fresh water.
We drive to Haifa and climb Mt Carmel to see the Bahai Temple and the Hanging Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Early check-in to our hotel with a view to the Mediterranean sea.
DAY02:
After breakfast we drive to the Crusader city of Akko (Acre) with its colorful bazaars, formidable Sea Side Defense Walls and the underground escape passages. Continue to Rosh Hanikra, where Mediterranean waves foam through limestone grottoes and tunnels. Continue to drive through a landscape of mountains and forests to the Sea of Galilee. In a small museum near the lake we see the complete remain of a fishing boat of 2000 years old, then we climb on board of a wooden boat for a late afternoon sail on the lake. Tonight we stay in Tiberias with a view over the lake and the Golan Mountains.
DAY03:
We drive north and visit Tel Dan where many small water streams criss-cross our way under large shading trees. Continue to the northern and highest place in Israel, Mt Hermon. We visit the most formidable 700 years old Castle that kept the road between Acre to Damascus. Continue to an ancient volcanic crater, where we have a bird eye view of Syria. Continue to the small city of Katzerin, where we visit a reconstructed ancient Jewish village with its synagogue, warehouses and daily activities. We may try hand on one of the ancient methods of extract Olive Oil or grind wheat grains to produce flour. We end the day with wine tasting at one of Israel best boutique winery.
Back to our hotel in Tiberias. Tonight we eat in a local Chinese restaurant in Tiberias
DAY04:
After breakfast we will depart Tiberias and drive to the Underground City of Maresha, a UNESCO world heritage site. We explore the Columbarium cave, the Hugh Beit Gubrin caves and other fascinated caves. Continue to the Judea desert, for our next exciting experience, riding camels in the desert. After a Bedouin lunch, we climb Masada, the last Jewish stronghold during the revolt against the Roman of 70 A.D and a UNESCO declared site. We visit the impressive Northern Palace, the sophisticated ancient water system, the walls and gate and we hear the dramatic story of the last defendant's suicide before captured by the Roman.
We decent the mountain by a cable car and drive to a SPA hotel near the Dead Sea where we have the opportunity to float on the water while reading newspaper.
DAY05:
Today we arrive to Jerusalem, one of the most important city in the Western World, holy for the Christian, Islam and Jewish people. We start the visit with a magnificent panorama on the Old City from Mt of Olive, continue to the Church of all Nations, then we drive to Jaffa gate and enter the most important part - the Old City of Jerusalem. We walk through the Jewish and Armenia quarters and decent to the West Wall, the remain of the ancient Jewish Temple and the holiest site for every Jewish person. We visit Davidson Centre and see a movie about the magnificent Ancient Jewish Temple and its destruction by the Roman. Later we enter an exciting underground walk to see the Temple foundation. Next we climb a high view point to look at the Muslim Holy El Aqsa mosque (the 3rd most important site for the Muslims) and the Golden Dome. We start to walk along the Via Dolorosa, the same street where Jesus carry the cross on his back to the crucifixion site. We learn the story about the foundation of the Christian faith at this place. We end the walk in the Church of Holy Sepulcher, the site of Jesus crucifixion. In the afternoon we will have free time to look at the colorful market and buy souvenirs. After early dinner in the hotel, we will go to watch the exiting Sound & Light show about the history of Jerusalem in the Old David Citadel Fort.

DAY06:
In the morning we visit the Israel museum then drive to Tel Aviv, the modern city and economic power house that never stop. The old part of Tel Aviv is a nice colorful neighborhood of Jaffa, near the sea. We explore Jaffa and the Mediterranean Sea side promenade. We climb the highest tower in Tel Aviv for a bird eye view, then have a private tour in an expert diamond processing workshop with opportunity to buy real diamond directly from the manufacturer. In our last night we will have a special night tour of Tel Aviv night life.
DAY07:
After breakfast we will depart Tel Aviv and drive to the airport for our flight back home
