If you have seven days to explore our country, we would like to invite you to discover the treasures of three Polish pearls – Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw. Many of our customers claim that they found Wroclaw to be the biggest revelation of their time in Poland. If you are looking for something different, we recommend heading out for picturesque environs outside the city such as fascinating places like Ksiaz, Swidnica or Walim, as yet relatively undiscovered and hence with a certain tempting appeal.

This tour starts on every Friday. Choose if you prefer to travel on your own or possibly connect with other travellers. If you prefer to join excursions with other people visiting Poland on the same dates, please tell us and enjoy great complimentary welcome dinner in Warsaw.

DAY01: WARSAW

Welcome meeting at the airport or the train station with our driver who will take you to a centrally located hotel in Warsaw. Rest of the day is free for leisure.
Recommended activities:

  • viewing terrace on the 31st Floor of the Palace of Culture and Science
  • museums: Warsaw Uprising, Fryderyk Chopin or the Museum of the History of Polish Jews

DAY02: WARSAW TOUR

After breakfast, enjoy a three-hour introductory tour of Warsaw. It will include transfers and the sightseeing of the very best of the city: the charming Old Town painstakingly rebuilt from scratch after WW II, the area of the former Jewish Ghetto, the busy downtown, the elegant Royal Route and Łazienki Royal Gardens.

To conclude the day, we shall invite you to the Chopin Piano Concert taking place in the Old Town, close to the Royal Castle.

DAY03: WARSAW - KRAKOW: ROYAL CAPITAL

In the morning we’ll arrange transfer to the railway station, where you will board the express train to Kraków. The journey shouldn’t take more than 3,5 hours. In Kraków our local driver will welcome you at the arrival platform and transfer you to the hotel.

After lunch break meet one of the best local guides to explore the historic city, in particular the largest medieval square in Europe with the 16th-century Cloth Hall in its centre and the world’s largest Gothic altar in the splendid St. Mary’s Basilica. Also take some time to walk the cobblestone streets of the Old Town up the ceremonial route to Wawel Hill and the castle of the Polish monarchs. This comprehensive tour will take 4 hours.

DAY04: LITTLE POLAND HIGHLIGHTS (AUSCHWITZ & WIELICZKA)

A full day private tour with your personal, English speaking driver who will take care of all the arrangements.

First we will explore Auschwitz which has unfortunately become a grim symbol of our civilization. Our tour will include the Holocaust Museum in Auschwitz I, as well as the less frequently visited Auschwitz II - Birkenau, the extermination camp itself.

After visiting Auschwitz, you will travel to the Wieliczka Salt Mines, a fascinating monument of engineering which dates back to the 13th century. The subterranean universe comprises over 300 km of galleries hewn into the rock and salt deposits.

DAY05: KRAKOW – WROCLAW: THE CITY OF BRIDGES

After breakfast we’ll arrange transfer to the railway station, where you will board the express train to Wroclaw. The journey shouldn’t take more than 3,5 hours. In Wroclaw our local driver will welcome you at the arrival platform and transfer you to the hotel.

In the afternoon our guide will show you the most important and impressive sites during a three-hour walk around the city. Wroclaw is situated on 12 islands, and by visiting the oldest part of the city you’ll visit the most significant of them, Ostrow Tumski (the Cathedral Island). This is the place where St. John the Baptist's Cathedral and the two-storey Gothic Holy Cross Church were constructed in the 13th Century. Then we’ll continue our walk to the University, with its magnificent Baroque hall of Aula Leopoldina. The tour ends with a stroll around the Market Square, where you’re bound to be amazed by the beauty of the Gothic City Hall.

DAY06: MYSTERIOUS SILESIA OR CHURCHES OF PEACE

Decide by yourself how you would like to spend this day. You can choose between one of two equally interesting, but different complimentary tour options. Both are private, so you’ll travel with in comfort by car with a professional and personal English-speaking driver/guide:

1st Option: MYSTERIOUS SILESIA

The magical mystery Silesian tour is for romantics who like chivalrous stories from the middle ages and an atmosphere of imposing castles and strongholds. A chauffeured limousine leads you to the mediaeval castles in Bolkow and Ksiaz, as well as to the impressive Walim mines.
Ksiaz (Fuerstenstein in German) is the biggest and most imposing of the Silesian castles; do not miss its fairytale setting and interesting interiors. Another Gothic castle, Bolkow, dates back to the 14th century and although it is now in ruins it attracts many tourists due to its romantic location on a tall hill.
The third stop is the mysterious underworld of Walim. Hitler started to build it during World War II. The “Riese” project was never finished, but during a mysterious walk in the underground museum you will get to absorb the strangeness of this enormous underworld city of corridors and secret walls

2nd Option: CHURCHES OF PEACE

If you are interested in architectural marvels, this private chauffeured limousine tour is especially for you.
You will have the opportunity to see Swidnica, a small town with a very interesting Evangelical (Augsburg denomination) Church of Peace, which is the largest timber-framed religious building of its kind in Europe. This beautifully decorated church, similarly to the church in the town of Jawor, was built after the Thirty-years' war as a manifestation of a limited religious tolerance in the Catholic Habsburg monarchy. In 2001 these special churches were added to the UNESCO list.
The next impressive edifice is the magnificent basilica located in Wambierzyce, also called the Silesian Jerusalem. One of the greatest of Wambierzyce’s attractions is the spectacle of the biggest Polish nativity play - a mobile mechanism made of 800 wooden figures.

DAY07: THE END OR CONTINUATION

Depending on your flight/train schedule, our driver will take you either to the airport in Wroclaw or to the railway station. If you plan to continue to Warsaw or to other destinations in Poland or Central Europe to extend your tour, we will be glad to assist with further arrangements.
