DAY01: Cyprus
On arrival at Larnaca International Airport, guests are to proceed through immigration and through customs and into the arrival hall. Our representative will meet the guests and direct them to the awaiting transportation. Check in and Dinner at our hotel and Overnight
DAY02: Cyprus - Lefkara village
After Breakfast Larnaca Lefkara Tour starts. The village is famous for its handmade lace known as ‘Lefkaritika', and also its silverware. It is said that Leonardo Da Vinci visited the village and bought an altar cloth here, which he donated to the Milan Cathedral. The village also has beautiful and ancient chapels, including the church of Timios Stavros (Holy Cross), and the chapel of Archangelos Michail in Kato Lefkara, with frescoes that date from the 12th and 15th centuries. You will visit the handicraft of Ms. Christalla, where you will have a demonstration of hand lace. Return to our hotel Dinner and Overnight
DAY03: Cyprus Easter!
Easter Sunday is when the celebrations really begin. Feasts of souvla (large pieces of lamb or pork, or chicken are cooked on an open charcoal fire), salads, cakes, sweets, and alcoholic beverages are also on the menu! The smell of outdoor barbeques infuses the whole island! Lamb is the main traditional Easter meal as the early Christians adopted this custom from the ancient Jews who sacrificed lambs for their Passover celebrations.
DAY04: Cyprus -Limassol
After Breakfast Limassol Tour starts. Nestled between the exotic blue hues of the southern Mediterranean and the towering Troodos Mountains, the city of Limassol offers a living, breathing contrast between old and new.
Start the day with a walk along the colorful alleys of the Old Town with its hip cafes sandwiched between shops and newly renovated bars. For a bit of history in the center of the city, head straight to the Medieval Castle and what better place to journey back in time than the site where it is reputed Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria of Navarre in 1191, crowning her Queen of England! Walk further towards the sea and discover the glamorous and newly developed marina. Once there, you’ll find plenty of entertainment on hand to enjoy whatever tickles your fancy, whether you wish to indulge in a spot of retail therapy or simply kick back at one of the cafes and take in the views.
DAY05: Departure
Departure to Larnaka airport.
