Working with Silvia and Viaggi Salvadori was absolutely essential to the success of our annual summer study abroad program. From our very first conversation, I warned Silvia that, by nature, our program would be a bit chaotic and high-maintenance, with lots of moving parts and last-minute requests. She never once seemed fazed.
Throughout the program, Silvia handled every request with professionalism, efficiency, and remarkable kindness. What truly set her apart, though, was how proactive she was. She was always thinking several steps ahead, anticipating what our group might need before I had even thought to ask. Time and again, she offered solutions, suggestions, and practical support that made my job significantly easier and ensured everything ran smoothly.
On top of all of that, Silvia is simply a joy to work with. She's warm, funny, personable, and has a wonderful ability to make even the most stressful moments feel manageable. It genuinely felt like we had a partner invested in our success, not just a travel agency handling logistics.
I cannot recommend Silvia and Viaggi Salvadori highly enough, and I look forward to working with them again.

Fin dal primo incontro le avevo detto che il nostro sarebbe stato un gruppo un po' caotico, con tante richieste e cambiamenti dell'ultimo minuto. Silvia non si è mai scomposta.
Ha gestito tutto con grande professionalità, efficienza e disponibilità. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più, però, è che era sempre due passi avanti. Spesso anticipava quello di cui avremmo avuto bisogno ancora prima che ci pensassi io, trovando soluzioni pratiche che hanno reso il mio lavoro molto più semplice.
