I have been working with Shanghai CITS since 2013 and have traveled with them several times. I always experience the communication before each trip as quick, solution-oriented, and very friendly. I also received helpful support at any time when I had questions or needed assistance with bureaucratic matters.
Whenever external factors required changes to the itinerary, the focus was always on the traveler and their satisfaction. I have been repeatedly impressed by the high level of competence on site: last-minute reservations worked reliably, special customer requests were made possible, and there was remarkable flexibility whenever travel groups wanted to set their own priorities. The tour guides were always warm and dedicated—you can feel that it is their passion to present their country in the best possible way.
