Itinerary
Welcome to Botswana!
After your arrival at the airport, you will be met by a representative of your lodge. Together you will drive to your accommodation. Once you arrive there, enjoy some time to relax with all amenities on site. Look forward to exciting wildlife and nature adventures in the wilderness of Botswana in the coming days.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport, where you will pick up your rental car. Afterwards, you will continue your journey to the Okavango Delta and the Khwai Concession. Look forward to authentic bush adventures in the wilderness of Botswana, with a variety of activities that offer insight into the biodiversity of this remote region as well as cultural backgrounds.
After a hearty breakfast, you'll continue through the bush toward the Plains. Keep your camera ready as you drive through the wilderness. Exciting game viewings could await you around every corner. Upon arrival at your next accommodation, you'll have time to freshen up before setting off in the afternoon for further exciting safari adventures, depending on your overnight package.You continue your journey to the famous salt pans. The landscape changes dramatically here, revealing the diversity of this wild land. Take a detour to the Nata Bird Sanctuary for a small entrance fee, which can be paid on site. There, you'll experience the splendor of the native flamingos, which form a colorful contrast to the surrounding landscape.
Today you make your way to Kasane, where you drop off your rental vehicle at the airport. From there you are transferred to your lodge. The Chobe Riverfront, located in the northern part of Botswana within Chobe National Park, is one of Africa's most spectacular wildlife viewing areas. This stretch of the Chobe River serves as a crucial water source, particularly during the dry season, attracting vast herds of elephants, buffalo, and antelope, along with predators like lions and crocodiles. The river's lush banks also host a rich birdlife, making it a haven for birdwatchers. Known for its iconic sunset boat cruises and dramatic wildlife scenes, the Chobe Riverfront offers a unique blend of land and water-based safari experiences in a breathtaking natural setting.
After a hearty breakfast, you continue your journey to Zimbabwe! You will be picked up by a transfer service and drive towards the famous Victoria Falls. Once you arrive in the small town and your accommodation, freshen up before setting off on further activities.
You will spend the next few days exploring the spectacular waterfalls and the town of Victoria Falls in depth! All activities include return transfers from your hotel, transfer to the airport and check-in for your flight back home.
