This is the best way to live and experience the second largest city of Portugal, discovering its flavours and colours and buzzling streets!

Day 1: Porto

Breakfast and overnight at the hotel.

  • Guided City tour inside on an electric Tuk Tuk – the best way to discover the wonders of this hilly city. This 3-hour tour will offer you the possibility to visit the main monuments of the city, secret and hidden spots as well view points and stops for tastings. Entrances: Clérigos; Lello Bookshop; Catedral; Palácio da Bolsa; Igreja de São Francisco. Tastings: Bolinho de Bacalhau (Casa Portuguesa do Pastel de Bacalhau) & Pastel de Nata (Manteigaria).
  • Lunch at Brasão Cervejaria to taste the most typical and uniquely from Porto “francesinha”.
  • Afternoon activities:
    • Option 1) Bridge Climb – The only climbable bridge in Portugal followed by a guided bicycle ride along the river side until the ocean
    • Option 2) Sailing activity: The Portuguese are known all over the world for conquering lands by boat and therefore sailing is an experience you cannot miss! 2-hour Sailing through Douro River and its 6 bridges (and into the ocean if conditions allow), learning how to sail a boat. Option to do a regatta with a minimum of 5 persons. Assistance insured and fully supported by certified and trained skippers.
  • Visit to a Port Wine Cellar followed by tasting (we suggest this activity in the late afternoon in case you wish to dinner in one of the cellars restaurants)

Day 2: Porto

Breakfast at the hotel and overnight. Morning at leisure.

  • Begin the morning with a CSR activity! Either making baskets with several products for more than 100 families in need or planting trees in places with lack of fauna & flora or even rehabilitating houses
  • Enjoy a very fishy and sea food lunch in a restaurant at the ocean front in Matosinhos area
  • Time at Leisure

 

Day 3: Porto

Breakfast at The hotel and check out.

  • Stroll trough the streets of art in a very cultural tour to check the several street art pieces Porto has to show as an open-gallery. In Portugal, urban art has been asserting itself as a form of cultural expression all over the country. Various artists have been invited to intervene in public spaces and abandoned buildings, giving them a new look and making them unforgettable stopping places.
  • Departure
