DAY 01: ARRIVAL TRANSFER
Arrive at Muscat International Airport. Pass through the immigration and customs. Meet our  representative at the airport arrival hall near Café Nero for the delivery of self-drive rooftop 4WD. (Flight details TBA)

DAY 02: MUSCAT – NAKHAL - WAKAN
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast in Muscat before checking out and heading toward the heart of Oman’s cultural and natural treasures. Your first stop is the majestic Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a marvel of Islamic design and peaceful grandeur. Continue to the iconic Nakhal Fort, standing proudly atop
a rocky hill, followed by a brief stop at the nearby Nakhal Spring, where warm waters flow beneath the shade of palm trees. Ascend into the mountains to reach Wakan Village, a beautiful terraced hamlet nestled high in the Hajar range. In the afternoon, enjoy a visit with a local Omani family, offering an intimate glimpse into mountain life and traditional hospitality. Later, savor a warm Omani dinner and

DAY 03: WAKAN – WADI BANI AUF – JABAL AKHDAR
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before checking out and embarking on a scenic drive to Wadi Bani Awf, one of Oman’s most spectacular wadis. Your journey begins with a visit to Balad Sayt, a picturesque mountain village renowned for its traditional stone houses and stunning views of the surrounding rugged landscape. Next, prepare for an adventurous hike through Snake Canyon, famous for its narrow, twisting rock formations that challenge and thrill visitors alike. After the adrenaline rush, head to Al Hoota Cave, a fascinating natural wonder featuring impressive stalactites, stalagmites, and a
subterranean lake, perfect for exploring the hidden beauty beneath Oman’s mountains. From there,  continue your drive to Jabal Akhdar, the “Green Mountain,” famed for its cool climate, terraced orchards, and panoramic vistas. Settle into your accommodation for a peaceful overnight stay, surrounded by the
fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery, ready for your next day of discovery.

DAY 04: VILLAGE WALK – STAR GAZING
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an enchanting walk through three traditional villages in Jabal Akhdar. This guided trek offers a unique glimpse into rural Omani life, with ancient stone houses and terraced farms dotting the landscape. If you visit during June and July, you’ll
also explore vibrant rose plantations, where the fragrant blooms are carefully harvested for rose water and other local products. After the walk, venture to Wadi Bani Habib, a scenic valley known for its rugged eauty and peaceful atmosphere—an ideal spot for nature lovers and photographers.

DAY 06: AL ASHKHARAH – MUSCAT
Enjoy breakfast at your accommodation before checking out and beginning your journey back toward Muscat, with a few memorable stops along the way. Your first visit is to the coastal town of Sur, renowned for its long-standing maritime heritage. Explore the Sur Dhow Factory, one of the few remaining traditional boatyards where skilled craftsmen still build wooden dhows by hand—a fascinating glimpse into Oman’s seafaring legacy. Continue your drive along the scenic coastline to the striking Bimmah Sinkhole, a natural limestone
depression filled with turquoise water. This breathtaking geological wonder offers a refreshing break and a chance to admire one of Oman’s most photographed natural sites. Afterward, continue the drive to Muscat, arriving by late afternoon or early evening.
