Suggestive Program
Day 01: Arrive at Delhi
Arrive in Delhi. On arrival, you will be greeted and assisted by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Rooms will be available from 1400 Hrs.
DELHI has been the seat of power for several rulers and many empires for about a millennium. Many times, the city was built, destroyed, and then rebuilt here. Interestingly, several Delhi's rulers played a dual role, first as destroyers and then as creators.

Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast, begin your tour with a visit of Old Delhi. You will make a photo stop at the iconic Red Fort (From Outside). Visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Enjoy a bicycle rickshaw ride through the narrow streets of Old Delhi. Walk through the Asia's largest wholesale spice market.
Later drive past the Govt. Buildings and India gate (42m high), built to commemorate the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died in the 1st world war.
After the visit enjoy a brief introduction about the usage of spices in the Indian cuisine during a cooking demonstration followed by lunch with a Local Indian Family.
After a sumptuous lunch visit Humayun’s Tomb, which is considered the forerunner of the famous Taj Mahal and a UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 03: Delhi / Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra. On arrival transfer to hotel.
AGRA - The city of the inimitable “TAJ MAHAL” The architectural splendour of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces is vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Mughal Empire. While its significance as a political center ended with the transfer of the capital to Delhi in 1634 by Shah Jahan, its architectural wealth has secured its place on the international map.
In the afternoon visit Agra Fort, considered one of the largest fortifications in the world and a UNESCO world heritage site.
At sunset, visit Taj Mahal or Crown of Palaces, is a white marble mausoleum, built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan as a memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. (It remains closed on Fridays).

Day 04: Agra / Jaipur
After breakfast drive to Jaipur.
On the way, stop at an Indian Village and enjoy a Juggad ride (The Indian Mercedes). The Indian Mercedes or Juggad as popularly known among the locals, is most popular means of transport used for the transportation of villagers, fodder, cattle, and goods.
Continue drive to Jaipur.
JAIPUR - The fascinating capital of the marvelous state of Rajasthan. Jaipur is popularly known as the Pink City, thanks to the colour of its buildings. It was built in 1727 A.D by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, followed a grid system, which made it the only planned city of its time. On arrival in Jaipur, transfer to hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur
After breakfast visit the Amber Fort, on the way enjoy photo stop at the Hawa Mahal Palace. The Amber Fort set in picturesque and rugged hills is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture.
Later we invite you for an interesting E-Rickshaw tour through the old city using “Pink Rickshaws”. A unique and innovative initiative that aims to provide employment opportunities to women from low-income households in Jaipur.
Afternoon is reserved for a Sari drapping session knowing how to transform a 6 yard of silk into deceptively simple looking Sari. And a session of Mehndi or mehendi (Henna) printing on the hands. It is a form of body art from Ancient India, in which decorative designs are created on a person's body, using a paste, created from the powdered dry leaves of the henna plant.
In the evening enjoy a Bollywood Movie at a local cinema.

Day 06: Jaipur / Udaipur (By Flight)
Morning enjoy a session of Yoga with an expert.
After breakfast visit City Palace and Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built by King Jai Singh II between 1727 and 1734.
Later transfer to the airport and connect flight to Udaipur. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Udaipur, the "City of Lakes" and known as the “Venice of the East” was founded in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh. It is known for its stunning natural beauty, rich heritage, and serene surroundings, including the Aravalli Hills, lush greenery, and scenic lakes.

Day 07: Udaipur
After breakfast enjoy visit of Udaipur including City Palace and Sahelion ki bari, the 'garden of the maidens' that recalls the lifestyle of the ladies of the court.
Udaipur is famous for its miniature paintings and painting schools. Today afternoon enjoy a painting art workshop with a local artist and know the intricacies about the art.
At sunset enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, one of the most picturesque and stunning lakes in Udaipur.

Day 08: Udaipur / Mumbai (By Flight)
After an early breakfast transfer to the airport and connect flight to Mumbai.
Mumbai, known as the city, that never sleeps, is India's most modern and vibrant city, often called as the Economic Capital of India.
Arrive in Mumbai and enjoy a short city tour of Mumbai. You will visit Mani Bhawan, a memorial dedicated to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
The Gateway of India, Mumbai's most famous landmark, a 26 mt. triumphal Archway designed to commemorate the visit of King George and Queen Mary to India in 1911.
Photo stop at Dhobi Ghat, Mumbai's traditional laundry area, where laundrymen wash and press clothes in concrete wash pans.
Enjoy a drive along Marine Drive, also known as the "Queen's Necklace.

Day 09: Mumbai
The day is reserved for a Bollywood tour, where you will explore the world of Indian cinema.
Cinema is immensely popular in India, which is still the largest film producers of the world, producing an average of 1000 films per year. Since 1931, when the talkies were introduced in India, more than 67,000 films have been produced so far, in more than 30 languages. This program includes:

Day 10: Mumbai / Cochin
After breakfast transfer to the airport to board flight for Cochin
COCHIN has long been eulogized in tourist literature as the ‘Queen of the Arabian Sea’. Its location between the blue waters of the Arabian Sea and Kerala’s emerald backwaters, its rich medley of Indian and foreign architecture, it’s truly unusual sights like the Chinese fishing nets and its quaint quiet localities like the Jewish Quarters demand the attention of all who travel to Kerala.
On arrival in Cochin, transfer to hotel.
In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali Dance Performance, showcasing dr
amatic storytelling through stylized gestures, elaborate makeup, masks, and costumes, depicting episodes from Indian epics.
Day 11: Cochin
After breakfast proceed for visit of Cochin including Chinese Fishing Nets that are distinctly unique to Cochin. St. Francis Church, one of the oldest Church built by Europeans in India.
Dutch Palace that was originally built by the Portuguese. The palace has a fine collection of mural paintings depicting scenes from the Hindu epics Mahabharata and Ramayana. IMP: It remains closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
Jewish Synagogue, built in 1568, it is magnificently decorated by Chinese tiles and Belgian chandeliers. IMP: It remains closed on Friday (In 2nd half of the day, after 01 PM), Saturday and on Jewish Holidays.
Later walk through the Jew Street and old spice market / The Spice Market of Jew Town.

Day 12: Cochin / Backwaters / Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to jetty to board the Houseboats on the famous backwaters of Kerala.
Enjoy day cruising on the Backwaters of Kerala on a Houseboat (Kettuvallam), followed by lunch onboard. The cruise will glide past the scenic manmade islands and beautiful sights of coconut fringed backwaters and paddy fields.
Deboard the Houseboat and drive to your hotel in Kumarakom. This tiny village is loaded with infinite natural pulchritude. Kumarakom is established on the manmade land that was reclaimed from the cosmic Vembanad Lake.

Day 13: Kumarakom
After breakfast, today we will take you for a walk of Allapuzha (Alleppey) Town. Its Backwaters are world famous and attracts lots of tourists but very few know the architectural marvels this town possesses. Today, we will take you on a short tour in the interiors of Alleppey town with the female volunteers who are as enthusiastic as us to value and preserve our heritages. This exploration trip of less than 02 hours will start with a small slide show on Alleppey to give you an idea of what Alleppey was and how it changed with the passage of time. The tour which is a mix of driving and walking will take us on streets with abandoned buildings. We will also pass by some churches, Temples and a mosque and will finally end the walk with refreshment at the Volunteer's home.
The unique feature of this walk is that it is conducted by female volunteers who are not professional guides. They are locals and know the place well. It's the passion about their heritage which is propelling them to conduct such tours and thereby creating the awareness about the place to preserve it.
After the walk, drive back to the hotel and enjoy a rejuvenating Ayurvedic spa session, based on a 5,000-year-old Indian system of medicine that promotes health and wellness through traditional rejuvenation techniques.

Day 14: Kumarakom – Cochin
Today, visit a local farm, located on a beautiful island reclaimed from the backwaters of Lake Vembanad.
The working farm, which practices sustainable/organic methods of farming, is two metres below the lake level and produces coconut, banana, fruit, and vegetables. Enjoy a walk through the farm and know about farming below lake level as well as about the cultivation of different crops. The visit will end with a cooking demonstration followed by Lunch.
Later drive to Cochin, transfer to your hotel, and check in.

Day 15: Cochin Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the Airport to board the flight back home / onward destination. (Rooms will be available till 12:00 hrs.)
