Day 1 – Arrival in Izmir

Welcome to the Aegean Arrival at Izmir Airport and meet your local guide. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Izmir is one of Turkey’s most vibrant coastal cities, offering a unique blend of Mediterranean lifestyle, modern culture, and historical heritage. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner hosted by locals in a traditional Aegean restaurant.

Day 2 – Ephesus & Village Life in Sirince

After breakfast, depart for the ancient city of Ephesus. Ephesus is considered one of the most impressive and best-preserved archaeological sites in the Mediterranean world.

During the guided visit you will discover:

• The Library of Celsus

• The Great Theatre

• Marble streets of the Roman city

• The Temple of Hadrian

• Ancient shops and public buildings

After the visit continue to the charming hillside village of Sirince, known for its traditional architecture, local wines and peaceful atmosphere.

Dinner will be served at a family-run local restaurant offering regional dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Return to Izmir.

Day 3 – Urla Gastronomy Route | Farm to Table Experience

Today we explore the culinary treasures of the Aegean region. Drive to the charming coastal town of Urla, famous for its vineyards, olive groves and farm-to-table gastronomy culture.

Activities during the day include:

• Visit to a boutique winery

• Wine tasting session

• Olive oil tasting with local producers

• Cooking workshop with local chefs

Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with fresh ingredients harvested from the farm and local gardens. This experience offers a unique opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of the Aegean region. Return to Izmir. Overnight in Izmir.

Day 4 – Alaçatı & Aegean Lifestyle

After breakfast drive to the picturesque town of Alaçatı, famous for its stone houses, narrow streets, colorful flowers and windmills.

During the walking tour you will discover:

• Historic Alaçatı streets

• Local artisan boutiques

• Traditional stone houses

• Charming cafés and local markets Enjoy free time to explore the town and experience the relaxed Aegean lifestyle. In the evening enjoy a farewell dinner at a seaside fish restaurant, where you will taste fresh seafood and local specialties while enjoying the beautiful sunset of the Aegean Sea.

Return to Izmir. Overnight in Izmir.

Day 5 – Departure

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Transfer to Izmir Airport for your return flight. End of services.
