French Gourmet and Wine Tours 7 Days

Day 1. PARIS

Welcome to Paris, the capital of France. Upon arrival, meet your driver at the airport and take your private transfer to your hotel. Today, you will experience a Unique Sightseeing Tour in a Citroen 2CV Vintage car to have a first sigh of the most iconic monuments as well as hidden treasures of the city. By the end of the day, enjoy a romantic Seine River Diner Cruise to admire the beautiful lights of Paris while having your first French cuisine sight. Accommodation at your hotel in Paris.

Day 2. LYON

Buffet breakfast at hotel and check out. Head towards your next destination: the French capital of gastronomy! Private transfer to the train station in Paris and, upon arrival, private transfer to your hotel in Lyon. Meet your guide and dive into the lively and warm atmosphere of the city’s most famous Market “Paul Bocuse” for a food tour where you will taste some of the most emblematic specialties of the region. Afternoon at leisure to stroll through the old town charming streets.

Day 3. LYON – BEAUNE

Buffet breakfast at hotel. Morning at leisure (see suggestions below). Lunch in a very typical restaurant “Bouchon Lyonnais”. Private transfer to the train station in Lyon and, upon arrival, private transfer to your hotel in Beaune.

Day 4. BEAUNE

Buffet breakfast at hotel. Start your day with the visit of the Hôtel-Dieu des Hospices Civils de Beaune, a hospital founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, Chancellor to the Dukes of Burgundy, andhis wife Guigone de Salins. A place that combines science, history and architecture. Afterwards, you will enjoy a Premium Lunch at “Truffle House” where you will taste high-standard localspecialities.

Transfer back to Beaune. Rest of the day at leisure. Accommodation at the hotel in

DAY 5. BEAUNE & Wine Tour – REIMS

Buffet breakfast at hotel and check out. Meet your expert wine guide and head for a Half-Day Private Wine Tour visit to explore the region's wine heritage and learn more about the unique characteristics of the terroirs. You can choose between “Côte de Beaune” or “Côte de Nuit” area depending on your preferences. With both options, you will travel through beautiful landscapes surrounded by vineyards on your way and visit two family properties where you will taste their wines. By the end of the day, wine-making process will no longer have secret for you! Possibility to extend for a full-day option. Private transfer to the train station in Beaune and, upon arrival, private transfer to your hotel in Reims.

Day 6. REIMS & Champagne Tour

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. To end your stay with spark, there's nothing like a glass of champagne! Champagne Region discovery tour. At the hotel meet your guide and his vintage car Renault Estafette. In your journey you will drive through the scenic roads of the vineyards, discover Reims and the typical village of Hautvillers where you will stop by the Chapel and Dom Perignon grave. After the first winegrowers visit and testing (3 vintages) in the morning, you will stop for Lunch (either for a romantic pic-nic or restaurant depending on the season/ weather). You will continue your day with another family-owned champagne production visit and taste three of their Champagne samples.

Day 7. REIMS

Buffet breakfast at hotel and check out. Transfer out to train station Ardennes TGV.
