This unique program blends travel and volunteering, offering participants the chance to explore India’s rich cultural heritage while contributing to grassroots community projects. Beginning in Delhi and moving into the peaceful villages of Hunar Garh, where you connect with the community through cultural exchanges and guided reflections. The journey then unfolds across Ranakpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, and Agra- revealing ancient temples, royal palaces, serene lakes, finally revealing the timeless grandeur of the Taj Mahal. The experience concludes in Delhi with an impactful Walk led by former street children.
Day 01: Arrive at Delhi
Arrive in Delhi. On arrival, you will be greeted and assisted by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Rooms will be available from 1400 Hrs.
DELHI – It has been the seat of power for several rulers and many empires for about a millennium. Many times, the city was built, destroyed, and then rebuilt here. Interestingly, several Delhi's rulers played a dual role, first as destroyers and then as creators.

Day 02: Delhi / Udaipur (Flight) / Hunar Garh (drive)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Udaipur. Upon arrival, drive to Hunar Garh.
At Hunar Garh, get introduced to the Anganwadi Project, which focuses on the education and care of children aged 0–6 years. These centres are managed and supported by the childcare centres run by the government of India Government of India, operating for about four hours each day. Children receive nutritious meal, engage in basic learning activities like counting and recitation, play games, and participate in programs that support their overall development. Each centre usually has around 15–40 registered children.
You will also attend a presentation and short film highlighting the NGO’s work in these villages, followed by a briefing on ground rules.
In the evening, enjoy a guided village walk.

Day 03: Preparation for Volunteering Services
After breakfast, begin the day with orientation and preparation activities:

Day 04 - 06: Volunteering
Each day begins early with a light breakfast. Participants will be transferred to their respective Anganwadi centres, where they will assist in cleaning and help in preparing the mid-day meal. They will have the same meal along with the children.

Day 07: A Day for Introspection
Today is the day to sit back and take time for reflection, group work, writing and presentations of learning.

Day 08 - 10: Volunteering
After breakfast, return to their respective Anganwadi and continue work as before.

Day 12: Hunar Garh / Ranakpur / Udaipur (Drive)
After breakfast, drive to Udaipur via Ranakpur.
Ranakpur It is one of the five main holy places of the Jain sect and known for its intricately carved Jain temples.
After visiting Ranakpur, continue drive to Udaipur.
Udaipur, the "City of Lakes" and known as the “Venice of the East” was founded in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh. It is known for its stunning natural beauty, rich heritage, and serene surroundings, including the Aravalli Hills, lush greenery, and scenic lakes.
On arrival in Udaipur, transfer to hotel. Evening free at leisure.

Day 13: Udaipur
After breakfast enjoy visit of Udaipur including City Palace and Sahelion ki bari, the 'garden of the maidens' that recalls the lifestyle of the ladies of the court.
Afternoon is reserved for a visit to Apna Jatan, a local NGO which strives to empower the youth by giving them a platform where they can freely express their concerns.
Evening boat ride on Lake Pichola, past the islands of Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir, ends this eventful day.

Day 14: Udaipur / Jaipur (Flight)
After breakfast drive to airport to board flight for Jaipur.
JAIPUR - The fascinating capital of the marvelous state of Rajasthan. Jaipur is popularly known as the Pink City, thanks to the colour of its buildings. It was built in 1727 A.D by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, followed a grid system, which made it the only planned city of its time. On arrival in Jaipur, transfer to hotel.

Day 15: Jaipur
After breakfast, an excursion trip takes you to Amber Fort. En route, make a photo stop at the palace of winds, the Hawa Mahal.
In the afternoon, visit City Palace and Jantar Mantar.

Day 16: Jaipur / Agra (Approx 234 Kms / 05 ½ hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Agra. On arrival in Agra, transfer to hotel.
In the afternoon visit the epitome of love, Taj Mahal (1631-1653), a poem in white marble, built by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal (It remains closed on Fridays). Afterwards visit Agra Fort, considered one of the largest fortifications in the world and a UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 17: Agra / Delhi (Approx 210 Kms / 04 ½ hrs drive)
After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the Taj Mahal (1631-1653), a poem in white marble, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
In the afternoon visit Agra Fort, considered one of the largest fortifications in the world and a UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 18: Delhi
After breakfast enjoy visit of Delhi including following:
Salaam Baalak Walk
The Salaam Baalak Walk is a unique two-hour guided tour led by former street children of Delhi, now trained as local guides through the Trust. These young guides are adolescents who have been fully trained as local guides and are eager to enhance their communication and speaking skills.
Later drive past the Govt. Buildings with a photo stop at the India Gate (42m high), built to commemorate the 70,000 Indian soldiers who died in the 1st world war.
Later visit Humayun’s Tomb, which is considered the forerunner of the famous Taj Mahal and a UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 19: Delhi Departure
In time transfer to the International Airport to board Flight back home / onward destination.
Room will be available till 1200 Hrs.
