DAY 1 – Welcome to the Mountains
Start the tour with a sunset relaxation session designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gently transition into the peaceful rhythm of nature. Through guided breathing techniques and mindful awareness exercises, guests are encouraged to be fully present and connect with the surrounding mountain landscape as well as with the group.
The day ends with a cozy bonfire, creating a warm atmosphere for quiet reflection, meaningful conversations, and appreciation of the stillness of the natural surroundings.
DAY 2 – Nature & Lakes Experience
After breakfast, guests will join a guided nature excursion through the breathtaking landscapes of Risnjak National Park. The experience encourages slow walking, sensory awareness, and moments of silence to fully immerse in the sounds, scents, and tranquility of the untouched wilderness.
A picnic in nature provides time to pause, relax, and mindfully enjoy local flavors surrounded by forests and fresh mountain air. The day concludes with an evening wellness and spa experience focused on deep relaxation, restoration, and inner balance.
DAY 3 – Local Culture & Gastronomy
On the third day, guests will visit local producers, including honey and cheese makers, where they will experience authentic traditions and connect with the slower, more sustainable lifestyle of the region. Tastings invites guests to mindfully savor local flavors and appreciate the craftsmanship behind each product.
A traditional lunch in the countrside. The remainder of the day is reserved for free time, allowing guests to rest, reflect, or quietly explore the surroundings at their own pace.
DAY 4 – Swim & Relax
Day four is dedicated to rest, water, and wellbeing. Time spent swimming in the river Kupa offers guests a chance to fully unwind and reconnect with the calming rhythm of nature. After lunch, guests can enjoy free wellness time to relax, recharge, and embrace moments of stillness.
DAY 5 – Slow Morning & Departure
Guests can enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace, followed by free time for a quiet walk, morning coffee, personal reflection, or simply taking in the final moments of the natural surroundings before departure.
