Day 1: El Karama Lodge
Set within 14,000 acres of private wilderness, El Karama Lodge is designed, built, and operated by owners Murray and Sophie Grant. Its charming safari cottages and riverside tents are nestled along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River, where abundant wildlife, including four of the Big Five, can often be seen.
Day 4: House in the Wild
A private, family-owned boutique lodge, House in the Wild sits on the banks of the Mara River within the Enonkishu Conservancy. Once an intensive commercial farm on the northern edge of the Maasai Mara ecosystem, the property has been transformed through a pioneering rewilding project, restoring the land to its natural state while supporting sustainable conservation.
Day 7: Kinondo Kwetu
Tucked away on the secluded shores of Galu Beach, south of Mombasa, Kinondo Kwetu is a peaceful coastal retreat and the home of Ida and Filip Anderson, a Swedish family related to the renowned Baron Blixen.
