Day 1 — Arrival in County Clare

Group arrives at the airport and transfer to hotel
Gentle stroll
Welcome dinner & introduction to the region

Day 2 — The Burren National Park

Burren NP walk (1.5–3 hrs, easy–moderate)
Picnic lunch
Visit a small family farm or a local artisan

Day 3 — Atlantic Coast

Fanore Dunes & Beach Walk: sensory, grounding – soft sand under your feet & fresh Atlantic air
Lunch in a pub
Kilkee Cliff Loop Walk (apprx 1.5-2hrs), wide open Atlantic views, dramatic but gentle terrain

Day 4 — Slow Day

Short self guided walks from the village
rest, journaling, photography, reading, tea in a local café
Afternoon at Doolin Music House

Day 5 — Transfer to County Wicklow

Lunch stop en route
Short forest or lakeside walk upon arrival

Day 6 — Glendalough

Walk Upper Lake loop (2–3 hrs, gentle, reflective walk)
Picnic lunch
Free time by the lakeshore
Optional: guided meditation in the valley

Day 7 — Wicklow Way or Glenmacnass Valley

Choose depending on group energy:

Wicklow Way easy section — forest paths, gentle gradients (soft mountain walking, forest immersion)
Glenmacnass Valley — wide open landscapes, very peaceful (stillness, space, simplicity)

Day 8 — Departure

Morning reflection
Transfer to Dublin Airport

Included services:
