Day 1: Arrival in Osaka - Yoshino
The Path of Ascetics. Arrive in Osaka and board the elegant ‘Blue Symphony’ luxury sightseeing train, ascending into the sacred mountain mists of Yoshino. Here, engage in one of 3 spiritual experiences at Sakuramotobo Temple; Zen meditation, a waterfall ascetic practice, or a sacred fire ritual led by a monk (program supplements apply). In the evening, savour exquisite regional cuisine at your ryokan, followed by a rejuvenating soak in a soothing open-air onsen.

Day 2: Yoshino - Day Trip to Kumano
The Sacred Pilgrimage. A private journey into the UNESCO-listed Kumano Kodo via private charter vehicle. Trek the atmospheric forest trails of Sangenjaya-ato leading to the grand Kumano Hongu Taisha. Following a local lunch, walk the ancient stone paths of Daimonzaka toward the spiritual complex of Kumano Nachi Taisha and Seiganto-ji Temple. Witness the majesty of Japan’s tallest waterfall, before returning to Yoshino for an evening of quiet reflection.

Day 3: Yoshino - Departure from Osaka
Reflection & Return. Savour a final mindful breakfast in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy a peaceful return journey on the Blue Symphony back to Osaka, carrying a profound and lasting sense of inner peace.
