Day 1: Arrival in Athens | Acropolis, & Acropolis Museum

Arrival at Athens International Airport and meet & greet assistance. The journey begins with Athens’ most iconic cultural landmark: the Acropolis, followed by a visit to the Acropolis Museum. The Acropolis is recognized by UNESCO as one of the greatest architectural and artistic complexes of Greek antiquity. After lunch, free time in the historic center for sightseeing and shopping

Day 2: Odontotos Rack Railway

Depart by private coach towards Diakopto to board on the Odontotos Rack Railway for the scenic ride through the Vouraikos Gorge to Kalavryta. The route is approximately 22.35 km and traditionally takes around 60 minutes, connecting the coastal town of Diakopto with mountain Kalavryta. One of the world's rarest railways was named after the "teeth" it uses to climb the mountain and adapt to the steep gradients of the terrain. Day 3: Rio – Antirrio Bridge & Delphi

After breakfast, departure from Kalavryta towards Patras and the impressive Rio–Antirrio Bridge, one of Greece’s landmark modern engineering projects. The bridge is approximately 2,880 meters long and connects the Peloponnese with mainland Greece across the Gulf of Corinth. We continue to Nafpaktos, a beautiful seaside town with a Venetian harbor and an important hilltop castle. The Castle of Nafpaktos overlooks the city and is considered one of the best-preserved examples of castle architecture in Greece. Short walk and photo stop before continuing along the coastal route to Galaxidi, a charming maritime town with neoclassical houses and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. Lunch in Galaxidi, ideal for fresh seafood and local flavors.

Afternoon transfer to Delphi to visit the Archaeological Site of Delphi and the Delphi Museum. Known in antiquity as the “navel of the world,” Delphi was the great pan-Hellenic sanctuary where the oracle of Apollo spoke, and today it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The visit includes the Sanctuary of Apollo, the theatre area, the ancient treasuries, and the museum’s major exhibits.

Day 4: Pelion Train to Milies | Centaur Myth & Light Hiking

Departure towards Central Greece with a coffee stop in Stylida, a pleasant seaside town on the route to Thessaly. Continue to Volos, gateway to Mt. Pelion and famous for its waterfront atmosphere and local tsipouro culture. Transfer to Ano Lechonia Station to board the traditional Pelion Train, often known as “Moutzouris.” The train is a historic narrow-gauge railway that connects Ano Lechonia with Milies, crossing lush forests, stone bridges, and spectacular mountain scenery. It covers about 15 km in approximately 90 minutes What makes it special is its remarkable 19th-century engineering, including elegant stone viaducts and the famous De Chirico Bridge, designed without metal reinforcement. Originally built between 1895 and 1903, the train is now a heritage railway, offering one of Greece's most scenic and nostalgic rail journeys through the slopes of Mount Pelion.

Arrival in Milies, one of Pelion’s most atmospheric mountain villages, known for its stone architecture, shaded square, traditional character and views over the Pagasetic Gulf. Stop for late lunch Optionally a light hike can take place, following the easy Centaurs’ Path experience in the Portaria area, a circular route of approximately 2.7 km with a smooth gradient. Return to Volos. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Return to Athens | Departure

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Private transfer back to Athens International Airport for departure
