DAY 2 : Lima

You will visit the modern and colonial parts of Lima, known as The City of Kings, starting at the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro, and passing along a huaca or sacred pre-Inca site, before heading to the Historic Center. There, you will walk along some of the most historically important streets of the city, leading to the Plaza de Armas, where you will have some time to take pictures of the amazing colonial architecture that surrounds it. You will also have the chance to take a peek into an iconic building, that has served Lima citizens for centuries and continues to be an important landmark. Then you will visit the impressive Convent of Santo Domingo, an astonishing building with colonial style. After exploring the Historical Center, you will head towards the Larco Museum, which houses the incomparable Treasures of Ancient Peru private collection.

DAY 3 : Lima
Introduction to peruvian gastronomy. (Private service; English speaking Guide)
The most representative flavors of Peruvian cuisine will be waiting for you. You will embark on an unforgettable culinary adventure, starting your journey in a typical Peruvian market. There you will discover a wide variety of national ingredients, among which you will find traditional Peruvian fruits such as chirimoya, lucuma and aguaymanto. If you are a seafood lover, there is no doubt that you will be surprised with the several species of fish and shellfish that are available at the market. Then, you will visit an exclusive Lima restaurant, where you will learn how to prepare pisco sour and ceviche, two worthy representatives of the Peruvian flavor.
Finally, you can enjoy a delicious lunch with the most important Peruvian dishes (Set menu lunch; beverages not included). Starter, Main Course and Dessert.
Half Day bohemian and artistic Barranco walking. (Private service; English-speaking Guide)
You will explore Lima's creative hub: visit artists' workshops, handicraft shops, and enjoy some of the best street art next to spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Lima Bay. Among beautiful historic architecture, you will learn about the history of the city, full of lovely roads, old houses, and small plazas, as well as buzzing cafes and restaurants. Take a stroll along the "malecon" and the famous "Bridge of Sighs"; visit the Barranco Main Square
and hidden spots that only locals know. A visit to a renowned Peruvian artist's home and atelier will give you a sense of the boheme atmosphere this area has had since many years ago. And a brief stop at a prestigious local muralist's workshop, whose pieces adorn many streets of the neighborhood, will show you how creativity continues to be in the heart of the Barranco experience. You will also get to take a peek at the areas' best Peruvian art and handicraft stores. And to seal off the journey, you will enjoy a coffee along the route at a specialty cafe and chocolate shop frequented by locals.

Enjoy a delicious tasting menu dinner at Central, Lima's most famous restaurant. Each dish will make you experience a little of the immense diversity of Peru. DAY 4 : Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley

DAY 5 : Sacred Valley
Full Day Maras, Moray and Ollantaytambo. (Private service; English speaking Guide)
You will head towards the Raqchi viewpoint, from where you will have a privileged view of the Urubamba Valley. Then, you will head to Moray, a fascinating archaeological site in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. You will visit its huge concentric terraces, which the Incas used as a botanical laboratory. Then, you will enjoy a panoramic visit the Maras salt mines, where the finest salt in the world is extracted: Maras salt. You will then head to a restaurant in Urubamba, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Continue to Ollantaytambo where you can visit the archaeological complex of the same name, one of the largest in Peru, which is strategically located on top of a mountain. Afterwards, you will descend to the town of Ollantaytambo, which stands out for maintaining the Inca urban planning as part of its original urban layout, with some buildings and narrow stone streets. You can tour the town and visit the local market.
Lunch at the restaurant Iskay Maras Home where you will enjoy a gourmet lunch in an exclusive environment.
Here, visitors can enjoy a set menu (3 courses, beverages not included), which varies according to the season, the requirements or food restrictions of each of the guests. The ingredients come from a field of cultivation and an organic bio-garden located within the premises of the house to guarantee a unique culinary experience.

Day 8 : Cusco
Half Day City Tour Infinity. (Private service; English-speaking Guide)
You will leave your hotel to do a City Tour of Cusco, also known as the Imperial City and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You will begin your tour in the Koricancha Temple, an ancient Inca palace and center of worship of the Sun God, on which the Dominican order built a church, which remains standing until today. Then, you will tour the Plaza de Armas, where you will visit the Cathedral, the most important temple in the city. You will continue ascending to the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, an imposing sample of Inca military architecture. Afterwards, you will head to the Ananay Manco Capac Hotel, where you will enjoy a toast to close your city tour. Finally, you will return to your hotel.
