Discover the beauties of Venezuela, passing through the Canaima National Park, considered one of the largest in Venezuela, it has the highest waterfall in the world, the “Angel Falls”. Magical blue waters and Caribbean sun is what you will find in Los Roques National Park, with dreamlike services that will make you feel at home on the beach. And you will close with a golden touch in the fullday of Caracas, the capital of Venezuela.The plan described below includes the services and experiences to be enjoyed in Canaima, Los Roques and Caracas. The necessary nights must be added in case of connecting with air tickets that include more days within the country.
Day 1 Wed. – Arrival in Maiquetia, Venezuela. Arrival in Maiquetia city. Suggested flights with Turkish Airlines. Assistance at Simón Bolívar International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.
Day 2 Thu. – Canaima After breakfast, transfer to Simon Bolivar National Airport to take a flight to the community of Canaima. Check-in assistance will be provided at the airport. Estimated flight time: 01:00 hrs. Upon arrival, you will need to pay the entrance fee to the community. The camp staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to your chosen accommodation. Included excursion: Canaima Lagoon, with a visit to Salto Hacha and Salto Sapo (other falls may be included depending on the water level)
Day 3 Fri. – Full day to Salto Ángel, Canaima. Departure from the camp at approximately 5:00 am. Coffee, milk, cookies and cereals will be offered beforehand. The transfer to Ucaima port begins by vehicle, where a curiara (indigenous boat) will be boarded to navigate the Carrao River; during the journey the lush vegetation will be observed and to avoid the Mayupa rapids; disembarkation will be made for a short walk, reboarding on the other side of the savannah. At the camp we will have breakfast and then continue the journey, arriving later at Isla Ratoncito from where we will observe Salto Ángel; from there we will take a walk of approximately one hour to the Mirador stone, if conditions allow, we will continue the path to the pool of Salto. Finally, a typical lunch of the area is prepared on Isla Ratoncito, and after lunch we return to the camp. Duration: 12 hours approx
Day 4 Sat. – Free Day, Canaima. Free day in Canaima. We recommend taking extra excursions such as: Flight over Salto Ángel with a visit to the Kavac caves, excursion to Pozo Azul
Day 5 Sun. – Return to Maiquetia. After breakfast, we will return to Maiquetia, the flight schedule may vary depending on the camp. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel of your choice is included.
Day 6 Mon. – Los Roques. After breakfast, transfer to Simón Bolívar National Airport for a flight to Los Roques. Estimated flight time: 30 min. Upon arrival in Los Roques you will need to pay an entrance fee to the National Park. Once you have checked in at your chosen inn, you will be transferred to the nearby cayo of your choice (Madrisqui or Francisqui), including awings and chairs, a cooler with ice, soft drinks and lunch type food
Day 7 Tue. – Los Roques. Transfer to the nearby cayo of your choice (Madrisqui or Francisqui), including awnings and chairs, a cooler with ice, soft drinks and lunch type food. We recommend taking an additional tour to faraway cayos such as Cayo de Agua, or taking a mini-tour of Noronqui, Crasqui and Laguna de Rabusqui (starfish sighting).
Day 8 Wed. – Los Roques. Transfer to the nearby cayo of your choice (Madrisqui or Francisqui), including awnings and chairs, a cooler with ice, soft drinks and lunch type food. In the late afternoon we will take a flight to Maiquetia, transfer to the accomodation of your choice is included.
Day 9 Thu. – City Tour (Caracas). Places to visit (Casa Natal del Libertador, Caracas Museum, Casa del Vínculo y el Retorno, Plaza Bolívar and its surroundings, El Calvario stairs). All our tours include access to the mentioned museums and donations for the conservation of the cultural heritage.
