DAY01: Mendoza

Transfer IN MDZ Airport to Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza.

In the afternoon, private transfer to 1884 Restaurant to have dinner.

3 (three) course dinner at 1884 Restaurant with wine.

1884 Restaurant was born as a tribute to the wines of Mendoza and the Andean cuisine, in 1996. The project was born from an idea of ​​Dr. Nicolás Catena Zapata and Francis Mallmann. The kitchen of 1884 tries to approach more and more the features of our country with its Andean Inca roots in the north and the European migrations that left their dreams marked in the recipes they brought.

At the end, transfer in private back to hotel.

DAY02: Mendoza

Breakfast

In the morning Cooking class with lunch in Centro Zone in private.

We will depart to Mendoza’s agricultural oasis. Arrival to the selected restaurant where we will begin with an introductory talk about wine tasting to understand its properties, guided by an expert. Afterwards, we will participate in a cooking class and we will prepare our own dishes guided by a gourmet chef.

The chef will teach the participants how to elaborate some regional dishes in a couple of hours. Everyone will have a place and the necessary kitchen utensils. Then we will enjoy the menu, accompanied by house wines.

At the end of this experience we have known some of the wine and Argentinean cuisine secrets.
Return to the hotel.

DAY03:Mendoza - Uco Valles

Breakfast

In the morning, Winemaker for a Day Excursion in private.
We will depart to Mendoza's agricultural oasis. We will arrive to Norton Winery to participate in the innovative program "Winemaker for a Day".

There, the participants will discover the emblematic variety of Mendoza, the Malbec Wine, its making process and aging before being introduced in the wine shops. Later, as a winemaker, we will select different varietal wines to prepare a unique blend by yourself. The jury will select a winner blend from all the wines that are participating, and they will label this one.

At noon, we will enjoy lunch with wines at Restaurante La Vid, at Norton Winery.

Transfer from Mendoza to Uco Valley, in private.

DAY04:Uco Valley

Day at leisure to enjoy the valley.

DAY05:Uco Valley - Mendoza

Breakfast

Transfer from Posada Salentein in Uco Valley to Mendoza City.

In the morning Bike & Tasting with regional food at Zuccardi excursion (half day, service in private)

We will depart from Mendoza City to Mendoza’s agricultural oasis to participate on the program “Bike and Tasting” at Bodega Familia Zuccardi. There, we will bike ride from the gardens of Casa del Visitante to the vineyards of Finca Beltrán accompanied by a guide. The tour is divided in three stops: Chardonnay, Syrah and Malbec Stop. In each stop you will taste wines of these 3 varieties and learn the characteristics of each of them, our irrigation system and the vineyards trelling system.

It includes mountain bike, safety helmet, wine tasting and a selection of assorted cheeses and cold cuts.

Later, return to the hotel.

DAY06: Mendoza
