DAY 01:
Arrival at Bologna airport, transfer to the hotel - check in. Time on your own.
Lunch on your own during your free time in Bologna city center. An opportunity to choose our delightful culinary to experience Bolognese food and not only... it’s a miniature gourmet tour, all concentrated in Via Caprarie and Via degli Orefici: the cool food district under the two towers. After lunch meet with the guide in Piazza Maggiore, the main square in the city, and start the guided tour of Bologna walking through the main streets: Let yourself be seduced by the wide spaces, the great area surrounded by some of the buildings that can tell the story of the city: Palazzo D'Accursio (headquarter of Bologna Town Hall) and the Basilica of San Petronio, housing the largest sundial in the world. Around the corner you can admire the Fountain of Neptune, one of the symbols of the city In front of the fountain you can admire Palazzo Re Enzo (King Enzo’s Palace) At the end free time for shopping or your own leisure.

DAY 02:
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out. Departure from Bologna to Castel San Pietro Terme.
Arrival at the Golf Club: Visit of the location and 2 hours golf practice that includes: Short Golf 2 hours players will alternate in different types of training (short play, long play, putting green) on the different areas of the camp followed by a qualified professional. Use of equipment (golf clubs, practice balls) and use of the system (putting green, pitching green, driving range)- Changing rooms service (equipped with showers, bath towels, bath foam, etc.)
After the course lunch at the Golf Club . In the afternoon departure to Dozza. Dozza is a medieval village, nominated as one of the "Most beautiful villages in Italy" as its historical centre has the classic shape of a spindle with medieval urban layout unchanged dominated by the imposing Rocca. What was once the dungeon of the Rocca is now the Regional Wine Cellar where More than 800 select wines from the Emilia Romagna Region are displayed for study or purchase.
A guided tour will bring you on village site, inside the Rocca and tasting local wine in the ancient cellar. At the end free time.. for shopping or your own leisure. Dinner on you own or in a reserved restaurant.

DAY 03:
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to San Marino UNESCO World Heritage, San Marino is an exceptional testimony to a living cultural tradition that has lasted for 700 years. The smallest and oldest republic in the world founded in 1243 and still a symbol of democracy. Guided visit of San Marino.
At the end time at your own for shopping or leisure activities and lunch in one of the many and typical restaurants. Departure back to Faenza and meeting with the guide to start the visit.
Faenza “city of ceramics”: Noteworthy in the world for its ancient ceramic handcraft tradition, which still stands in full swing, Faenza offers the visitor some architectural works of remarkable value, the result of the great artistic tradition. Part of history the 5 historical districts (called: Yellow, Red, Black, Green, White) of the famous Faenza medieval Palio. You will visit one of this districts headquarters, with little museum and original costumes of the medieval era. You’ll arrive then in a typical Faenza products ceramic laboratory that representing all the types of tiles in different styles, shapes and decorations. You can see the ceramists at work where the glazing, decorating and pottery cooking are handled.... and with pleasure buy some works in the typical Faenza ceramics. At the end back to the hotel. DAY 04:
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel to Brisighella “The Medieval Villa”.
Arrival and guided tour at the ancient village starting from Via del Borgo, a covered street dated at the 14th century with arched open windows of different sizes that was a defensive bulwark for the medieval citadel at the back. This street is famous for its extraordinary architecture and called “Via degli Asini” (Donkeys Street) for the cover it supplied to the many carts and donkeys which used it in the past.
At the end of the visit you can taste Brisighella's typical products such as olive oil and honey.
For your lunch you can stop in a unique ancient restaurant tasting specialties or take part at a short Cooking Course with a master lady of Romagna cuisine in a little laboratory or restaurant with demonstration and preparation of typical regional homemade pasta or you can cook in a restaurant a complete traditional Italian menu with seasonal and fresh ingredients …. Then have the lunch with your menu.
In the afternoon departure to Ravenna and start your guided tour. The city of Mosaics, you can feel Art, History and Culture in every corner. Ravenna is Roman, Goth, Byzantine and Venetian, medieval and contemporary with the Urban street Art. Recognized worldwide for its historical and artistic treasures, the city preserves the richest heritage of mosaics dating from the 5th and 6th centuries AD and for that reason included by UNESCO on the World Heritage List.
